We did a complete home remodel, and out of all the vendors, Palm Harbor Kitchens has been the absolute BEST!! We couldn't put it in any simpler terms: they were AMAZING to work with! From the very beginning, it is evident they care about their customers and take immense pride in their craft - the design process, product quality, and also customer service. Huge thanks to Emma who is just fantastic! The 3d drawings/renderings are very helpful to map everything out, and high quality. Emma was extremely patient with us through our numerous questions, repeated design tweaks & modifications, and always provided info in prompt response times. She's very knowledgeable with regard to kitchen remodels, and stopped out to the house several times to go over everything with us.
Their showroom has many options for drawer inserts, cabinet color choices, etc and she walked us through all of those, discussing positives and negatives - providing real world experience, insight and recommendations.
Fast forward and the cabinets have arrived and been installed. We are extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship, and the entire experience dealing with Palm Harbor Kitchens!
Now finally, we certainly CANNOT forget to give a big shout out to Jarett too!! He was very professional and friendly at time of delivery, and since installation we have had a few minor issues a couple times (partially our fault - such as drilling out for handles incorrectly, but also a small cosmetic issue with a cabinet, which was easily rectified and a nick that we caused which needed to be touched up), and he has been prompt, responsive, came out to the house to take a look and fix everything, then realized it would be better if he took the items with him back to their workshop to address. He later brought them back to our home to be re-installed, brought us new clear bumper stops, adjusted the hinges so a door fit better, gave us some great pointers about our setup, etc. He is a TRUE class act in after-sales service, and a great person to interact with!! He really understood what needed to be done with everything that was asked of him, took his time and did not rush, and exceeded expectations.
Thanks again to Palm Harbor Kitchens and their entire staff, it was truly a pleasure doing business with them - they have earned our full recommendation.
